Role Overview The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales for the company’s premium verticals, catering primarily to HNIs and UHNIs. This role requires a strong sales-driven mindset with excellent networking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills to generate traction among high-value clients. While coordination with marketing teams for deliverables and campaign tracking is part of the role, the primary responsibility centers on sales execution and client acquisition. The individual will be expected to manage client interactions end-to-end, build credibility with premium clients, and ensure a seamless experience consistent with the company’s positioning in the luxury and high-value segment. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales (Primary Focus) Identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, architects, and other high-value client categories. Proactively engage potential clients through calls, emails, networking events, and referrals. Maintain a daily sales tracker documenting outreach, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Work toward defined weekly and monthly sales targets; present projections and achievements through structured reports. Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement until closure. Create and deliver impactful, customized sales pitches and presentations for premium clients. Monitor sales pipeline progress and report traction, including client responses, meetings scheduled, and deals advanced. Adhere to a structured Sales SOP: Lead sourcing and qualification Initial outreach/introduction call Follow-up communication (call/email/WhatsApp) Scheduling client meetings/presentations Documenting outcomes and next steps Regular reporting on progress, challenges, and gaps Closing and handholding clients through onboarding 2. Marketing Coordination Track marketing deliverables through a project tracker and follow up with agencies for daily updates. Ensure timely delivery of content, creatives, and shoots for campaigns. Collect and review monthly performance reports (SEO, ads, social media) and verify deliverables before invoice approval. Coordinate with internal teams (directors, marketing, external agencies) for campaign planning, photoshoots, and ad material. Maintain a daily/weekly Project Tracker for all marketing deliverables. Compare agreed deliverables vs. actual output each month before validating invoices. Negotiate invoice amounts if deliverables or outcomes fall short of expectations. Escalate pending or questionable deliverables to the Managing Director prior to payment approval. 3. Reports & Documentation Maintain a comprehensive sales tracker showing: Calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and meetings scheduled Conversion ratios and sales projections Prepare weekly sales projection reports to highlight productivity and traction. Keep detailed documentation of all client interactions for accuracy and transparency. Collect, review, and summarize SEO reports, social media analytics, and other agency performance reports monthly. Present concise evaluation reports to management for review. 4. Ad-Hoc Coordination Assist in scheduling project shoots by coordinating with directors, shoot teams, and agencies. Support directors with research, presentations, or third-party coordination as required. Requirements Experience: 1–2+ years in Sales, Marketing Coordination, or Client Servicing. Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and operational tasks. Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (SEO, social media). Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for documentation and reporting. Work Focus Breakdown 70% – Sales (Core Responsibility) 30% – Marketing Coordination & Ad-Hoc Tasks
