Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals. Utilize digital platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance portals) to find business opportunities. Qualify leads by analyzing their business needs and budget. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations to understand client requirements. 3. Sales Presentations & Demos Prepare and deliver tailored IT service presentations to prospective clients. Demonstrate the value and benefits of services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, etc. Conduct online and in-person meetings to explain solutions. 4. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing models for IT services. Suggest service packages that match client needs and budget. 5. Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to meet both client and company objectives. Close deals efficiently and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 6. Collaboration with Marketing & Technical Teams Work closely with the marketing team for lead nurturing and campaigns. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions. Share client feedback with product and service teams for improvements. 7. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. Forecast revenue and plan strategies to achieve targets. 8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Analyze industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Stay updated on new IT services, technologies, and market demands. Suggest innovative ideas to improve sales performance. 9. Customer Support & After-Sales Service Ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery. Follow up with clients post-delivery for feedback and upselling opportunities. Handle escalations and maintain high client satisfaction. 10. Compliance & Documentation Prepare necessary documentation like contracts, agreements, and invoices. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain confidentiality of client information.
