Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing. Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to increase website traffic and improve search rankings. Create and manage engaging social media content, calendars, and campaigns. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Coordinate the design and content of landing pages, blogs, email templates, and other digital assets. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Manage and improve email marketing automation using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles (for non-entry-level). Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy. Experience with tools such as: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest) CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills
