Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly content calendars, platform-wise strategies and postings schedule
  • Create engaging ideas for posts, reels, stories, and short-form video concepts.
  • Track social media analytics, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, video editors, copywriters, and influencers.
  • Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, SMS/RCS, WhatsApp campaigns, and automation flows.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to write sharp, engaging captions and copy. (Must have)
  • Good knowledge of design principles and creative briefing.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Post-graduation degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media roles.
  • Experience in content strategy, social media management or brand marketing is preferred.
