Role Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets for category and geography, across various assigned platforms assigned. This role involves actively managing product availability, executing promotional campaigns, and maintaining the online/offline catalogue presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly/weekly/fortnightly sales targets - Platform wise and category wise.
Availability:
Track availability of products across cities/outlets and coordinate with Operations/Supply Chain to reduce/avoid stock-out issues.
Ad Spends:
Plan and execute campaigns/visibility drives on platforms/outlets, monitor and report spends to remain within monthly/yearly budgets.
Catalogue Management:
Update/manage the product catalogue, content, and offerings (pricing, schemes) on relevant platforms/systems.
Account Management:
Plan, submit, and upload monthly Promotions, schemes, and ad/visibility plans in coordination with the Trade Marketing team.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide inputs for sales strategy.

Required Experience

2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG/Food industry within E-Commerce/Quick Commerce
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education

BBA/B.Com or a related bachelor's degree. An MBA is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented and self-driven.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and distribution channels (specifically Bangalore/Karnataka).
Good relationship-building and communication skills.
