Job Description Sales Manager (HoReCa)
Location: Banglore

Role Summary
The Sales Manager – HoReCa will lead sales growth in the Hotel, Restaurant, Caf (HoReCa) segment for our bakery products. The role requires deep industry relationships, strong product understanding, and the ability to drive conversions with chefs, purchase heads, F&B managers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the HoReCa segment across assigned territories. - Drive revenue growth through acquisition of hotels, cafs, QSRs, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and bakery chains. - Build and manage strong relationships with chefs, culinary teams, procurement heads, and HoReCa distributors. - Identify product opportunities, gather market insights, and share competitive intelligence for continuous improvement. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Conduct product demos, sampling, and menu-development support to drive customer adoption. - Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts in alignment with company policies. - Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth order fulfilment. - Track sales funnel performance, prepare reports, and present progress to leadership.
Candidate Profile
- 6–12 years of experience in HoReCa sales within bakery, frozen foods, or food ingredients. - Experience working with brands such as Monin, Marimbula, Dr. Oetker, Veeba, General Mills, Puratos, Symega, Synthite, Knorr, Cremica, Brydor, Delifrance or similar will be an added advantage. - Strong network with chefs and purchase teams in hotels, cafs, and restaurant chains. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a high-velocity sales environment.
