Job Description

We were looking for passionate sales professionals who want to build a rewarding career in the life insurance industry.

Role Overview

Sales Executive And Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors.
Drive sales through effective business planning and goal setting.
Motivate and guide advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum
1.5 years of experience in Sales
(BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or any direct sales preferred).
Must be a
local candidate
with at least
3 years of residence
in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Strong network and understanding of the local market.
Graduate or above in any discipline.
