Job Description: Sales Engineer – Workholding & Machine Tools** (GERMAN MNC)

**Location:** NCR (Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon / Faridabad / Ghaziabad)

**Experience:** 5–8 Years (Field Sales)

## **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in **workholding solutions, cutting tools, machine tools, and industrial automation**. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth across the NCR region, manage key accounts, develop new customers, and offer application-based solutions to manufacturing industries.

## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Sales & Business Development** * Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful orders.

### **Technical & Application Support** * Understand customer machining processes and recommend suitable workholding or tooling solutions. * Provide product demonstrations, trials, and basic technical troubleshooting. * Coordinate with application and design teams for customized fixturing requirements.

### **Customer Relationship Management** * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and manage key accounts in NCR. * Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization. * Offer excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

### **Coordination & Reporting** * Work closely with internal teams (Design, Service,) for smooth order execution. * Prepare weekly sales reports, visit reports, and market intelligence updates. * Participate in trade shows, seminars, and product promotions. ---

## **Required Skills & Qualifications** * Diploma/Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering**, or equivalent. * **5–8 years** of field sales experience in: * Workholding / fixturing systems * Cutting tools / tool holders * CNC machine tools & accessories * Industrial automation or capital equipment * Strong technical knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, etc.). * Proven track record in B2B industrial sales in NCR. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to travel across Delhi-NCR extensively. ---
