We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with our sales and product teams in crafting compelling, technically sound AI solutions tailored to client challenges in finance, insurance, and real estate.


Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between clients and our AI product teams. You’ll help uncover customer needs, map them to the right product capabilities, and deliver high-impact demos and proof of value engagements. Your ability to translate AI and automation technology into business value will play a critical role in our growth.


Key Responsibilities


Pre Sales and Solution Design

  • Collaborate with account executives to understand customer pain points and tailor product demonstrations accordingly
  • Translate complex AI capabilities including document intelligence, financial automation, and conversational analytics into real world solutions
  • Design proof of value projects, configure demo environments, and drive technical validation with prospects


Technical Discovery and Communication

  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather technical requirements, integration needs, and compliance considerations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product walkthroughs, and RFP responses
  • Articulate value propositions for products like Collatio for Financial Spreading, Loan Ops, Invoice Reconciliation, and Auriga


Collaboration and Enablement

  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with the roadmap and deployment feasibility
  • Capture client feedback and relay insights to help inform product enhancements
  • Support go-to-market strategies through whitepapers, demo scripts, and technical collateral


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consultant, or Pre Sales role in enterprise SaaS, AI or automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems and processes in BFSI, real estate, or financial services
  • Ability to translate business workflows into technical specifications and articulate technical concepts to business users
  • Experience with AI concepts, document extraction, RPA, or analytics tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with APIs, data workflows, cloud deployments, and compliance standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills
