Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to lead our sales initiatives in a defined geographic territory or key industrial vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for winning business by developing a robust sales pipeline, strategically engaging with customers at all levels, and effectively selling Brkert's component and system solutions. You will act as the brand ambassador, responsible for the entire order-winning process and account management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned area to achieve sales targets for both components and systems. New Customer Acquisition: Focus on New Customer Development (NCD) and New Business Development (NBD) to expand the customer base and increase market penetration. Key Account Management: Provide customized care and strategic account management to key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Order Winning & Negotiation: Lead technical and commercial discussions, effectively differentiating Brkert's solutions from competitors. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and secure profitable orders. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various levels of customer organizations. Market Intelligence: Actively network internally and externally to gather and share market, customer, and competitor intelligence using CRM tools. Project Coordination: Serve as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating all communication and sales documents. Monitor key customer projects and provide feedback to multiply success. Sales Process Execution: Conduct regular outbound calls, diligently follow up on sent quotations, and maintain an active sales pipeline. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in industrial sales, specifically in Component Sales and System Sales within automation, instrumentation, or valve/fluid control industries. Sales Approach: Strong technical inclination with exposure to Value-Based Selling methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP is preferred. Software Skills: Basic exposure to AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings is a strong advantage. Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of the local language is essential.
