We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our outbound sales engine. 


Role Overview

As an SDR at Thiran Technologies, you will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for researching, and engaging with prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Sales team.  


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to identify potential customers.

• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.

• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

• Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to improve processes.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the Sales team.

• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email sequences, calls, and social touches) to create engagement.

• Maintain accurate lead and activity data within the CRM system

• Follow up diligently on leads from marketing campaigns and events.

• Develop a strong understanding of Thiran Technologies’ solutions, target industries, and ideal customer profiles.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads, etc.). 


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or candidates with relevant proven SDR experience in/ Inside Sales / Lead Generation role (preferably B2B technology or SaaS).

• Experience in Handling international Market, preferably US and Middle East.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline creation goals.

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Strong ability to research, prospect, and build relationships with senior decision-makers.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

• Flexibility to work across time zones to engage clients in the USA and Middle East 


Preferred Skills

• Experience selling or prospecting in the IT services / SaaS / digital transformation domain.

• Understanding of lead nurturing, sales funnel metrics and Lead generation Techniques

• Ability to personalize outreach and communicate value propositions effectively.

• Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
