Role: Business Development Manager Location: Infopark, Kochi Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure that sales targets are achieved, and revenue growth is maximized. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets, with a focus on North America. • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, focusing on long-term business success. • Represent the company at international business events, conferences, and client meetings. • Motivate, guide, and mentor the sales team, ensuring their professional growth and high performance. • Monitor the performance of the sales team and make adjustments to sales strategies when necessary. • Collaborate with marketing, services, and other departments to align sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine and improve sales tactics. Qualifications and Skills: • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in international sales, with a proven ability to manage and grow sales in global markets. • Experience working in a product-based or service-based company. • Hands-on experience in leading a sales team, driving motivation, and ensuring high performance. • Demonstrated experience in dealing with North American customers and understanding their business environment. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to travel frequently and attend business events and client meetings globally. • Candidates with US visa is highly preferred.

Role: Technical Support Executive Experience: 0 – 3 Years Location: Infopark, Kochi We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide exceptional technical assistance and end-user support. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and resolve end-user issues efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve problems across various desktop operating systems. Manage and administer Active Directory and Office 365 User Accounts . Assist users with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and OneDrive. Handle customer interactions effectively, including through international voice support . Ensure timely and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in end-user support or IT helpdesk. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop operating systems. Technical knowledge in resolving end-user issues. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite and related tools. Willingness to work in rotational shifts within a 24-hour operation.
