Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

The SDR is responsible for:

• Cold calling medical clinics
• Following scripts
• Identifying decision-makers
• Booking qualified demos for our closers
• Managing outreach via phone, SMS, email & LinkedIn
• Updating CRM

This is NOT a closing role. Your success metric is number of qualified demos booked that show up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Engagement

• Make 80150 outbound calls daily to clinics (family practice, dental, urgent care, specialty)
• Send follow-up SMS and emails
• Engage via LinkedIn when appropriate
• Use our call scripts and objection-handling playbook

2. Appointment setting

• Qualify leads based on need, interest, and budget
• Schedule demos for Account Executives
• Confirm appointments (reduce no-shows)
• Manage calendar with precision

3. Lead Qualification

• Clinic size
• Pain points (missed calls, front desk issues, no-shows)
• Decision-maker (Office Manager, Practice Owner, Admin Director)
• Current solutions

. CRM Management

• Log activity in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive)
• Track call attempts, conversations, demos booked
• Maintain accurate data

5. Performance & Metrics

You will be measured on:

• Number of calls per day
• Conversations with decision-makers
• Demos booked
• Demo show rate

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English
• Strong phone presence
• Experience in outbound calling (12 years minimum)
• Comfortable working US hours
• Stable internet + quiet environment
• Ability to follow scripts and consultative selling patterns

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Healthcare experience
• SaaS or tech sales experience
• Familiar with medical terms (appointments, insurance, scheduling)
