Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our lead generation and qualification efforts in ERP implementations and custom product development projects. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the GCC and EU markets, and will require deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and technical pre-qualification.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Identify and engage decision-makers (Ex: DoE, CTO, Heads of IT, Procurement Leaders)in target companies across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Generate leads through 50- 60 cold outreach, targeted emails/campaigns, and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn and industry forums.
  • 8-10 Meeting in a Month; 2 SQL in a Month.
  • Engage prospects in intelligent conversations to assess their needs related to ERP, product engineering, or IT modernization.
  • Qualify leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks before passing to VP Sales.Develop and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) based on Logicwind’s core offerings.
  • Coordinate closely with the VP of Sales to ensure seamless handoff of sales-qualified leads.
  • Maintain lead and account data hygiene within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Click-Up).
  • Provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly pipeline progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7years of experience in B2B sales or business development for IT services.
  • 3-5 Yrs of focused on ERP services or custom software/product development.
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop business in international markets, especially EU and GCC regions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, or, Odoo) and software delivery models (Agile, DevOps, MVP, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in EU time zones and meeting monthly pipeline targets.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Premium, Zoom Info, and CRM tools.
