Role Overview

Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, research, and qualify potential hotel clients across India & South Asia.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and handle inbound leads.
  • Prepare and send

    quotations, proposals, and contracts

    to clients.
  • Follow up on

    pending proposals, renewals, and payments

    to ensure closure.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams on campaigns and conversions.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales (SaaS / hospitality tech preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating contracts, and payment tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
