B2B inside sales experience, preferably from a product or platform-based company

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn using Outreach.io (or similar tools).
• Execute

  250–300 multichannel touches per week

  to targeted ICP accounts.
• Set up and qualify initial discovery calls before handing off warm leads to Account Managers.
• Use sales dashboards to track

  response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated

  .
• Continuously A/B test messaging to optimize campaign results.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to target key industries and support live deals.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Engage confidently with

  C-Suite and Director-level stakeholders

  at enterprise organizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of

  B2B Inside Sales / SDR / Lead Generation

  experience in

  product or platform-based companies

  .
• Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills for

  US-based markets

  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a

  Hybrid office setup.

• You need work in

  US time zone shift.

• Skilled in using sales tools like

  Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot

  , or similar.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed monthly lead generation targets.
