Strong knowledge of VAX/VMS, AS400 (iSeries) platforms. Experience in supporting supply chain modules such as procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and order management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with scripting, report generation, and database querying tools (SQL, Query/400, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with system migrations from legacy to modern ERP platforms. Exposure to EDI, API integrations, or middleware tools. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting the Infor M3 ERP platform to optimize business operations across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, distribution, and other functional areas. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ERP solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and requirements to design, configure, and implement solutions within the Infor M3 ERP platform. Customize and extend Infor M3 functionality using appropriate development tools, APIs, and middleware. Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management. Collaborate with business units to identify gaps and develop functional and technical specifications. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for ERP-related incidents and issues.
