Infor M3 ERP Engineer About the job We are seeking a skilled Infor M3 ERP Engineer to join our enterprise systems team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting the Infor M3 ERP platform to optimize business operations across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, distribution, and other functional areas. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ERP solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and requirements to design, configure, and implement solutions within the Infor M3 ERP platform. Customize and extend Infor M3 functionality using appropriate development tools, APIs, and middleware. Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management. Collaborate with business units to identify gaps and develop functional and technical specifications. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for ERP-related incidents and issues. Develop integration solutions between Infor M3 and third-party systems using Infor ION, Infor OS, Mongoose, or other middleware platforms. Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and user guides. Conduct system testing, data validation, and end-user training. Monitor system performance and proactively address system issues to ensure availability, scalability, and security. Stay current with Infor M3 product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Work closely with external vendors, consultants, and Infor technical support as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of experience with Infor M3 ERP implementations, administration, and support. Strong knowledge of Infor M3 core modules such as: Supply Chain Management Manufacturing Financial Management Distribution Procurement Experience with Infor ION, Infor OS, Mongoose Framework, and other Infor middleware tools. Proficiency in data integration, API development, and data migration related to ERP systems. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle DB, etc.) Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills with ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
