Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
Customize and configure ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Build and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer logic.Design Service Catalog items, workflows, and approvals.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.Participate in the implementation of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping (if applicable).Perform platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.Ensure adherence to coding and security standards across the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, and business analysts.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM processes.Proficient in JavaScript, GlideRecord, UI Actions, and ServiceNow APIs.Experience developing catalog items, custom applications, and portal widgets.Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Notifications, and Reports.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
