As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with the client, project team, security team, and architect to comprehend the landscape and develop effective solutions. Your role will also involve keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow capabilities to enhance efficiency and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation - Capable of both configuring and demonstrating solutions within the ServiceNow platform - Offer insightful and well-structured solutions to moderately complex problems - Hands-on experience in implementing and integrating enterprise software applications - Fundamental understanding of key technologies essential for ServiceNow integration solutions such as SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS - Hold a certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator - Proficient in implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning & Governance, and Hardware Asset Management - ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification is preferred - Skilled in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, Jelly, and Angular JS, covering Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies - Knowledge of common business analysis techniques and approaches - Exposure to Now Assist Qualifications Required: - Ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment - Proficient in troubleshooting, researching, and resolving unexpected issues - Excellent communication skills with clients It is preferred for candidates to hold certifications as a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4).
