Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer at Aress, you will be a part of the ServiceNow Development team, focusing on ensuring effective Design, Integration, Validation, and Support activities to meet client satisfaction levels in the ServiceNow domain. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in effective team communication, discussing user interface ideas and applications for ServiceNow integration. - Assess and prioritize client feature requests, reviewing application requirements and interface designs. - Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes. - Document application changes and develop updates. Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of Web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript. Experience in JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus. - Experience in API integrations with other systems. - Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog. - Understanding of ServiceNow best practices. - Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications, supporting integrations tailored to customer requirements. - Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications, automating and improving business processes.
