About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intui ve interfaces and seamless user journeys that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and create web graphics, banners, ads, icons, and other visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.  Collaborate with marke ng, content, and development teams to produce graphics that support web content and campaigns.  Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effec vely communicate interac on and design ideas.  Create visually appealing, consistent, and brand-aligned UI designs for web and mobile pla orms.  Ensure all designs are responsive and look great across devices and screen sizes.  Opmize graphics for web performance without compromising quality.  Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementa on of designs.  Conduct usability tes ng and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analy cs.  Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best prac ces to con nuously improve user experience.

Requirements:
 Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.  Strong por olio showcasing UI/UX design skills and projects.  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant tools. Video edi ng tool like Adobe A er effects, Premiere Pro and other relevant tools.  Excellent visual design skills with a good eye for typography, color, and layout.  Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is a plus.  Excellent communica on and teamwork skills.  Ability to manage mul ple projects and meet deadlines.  Strong problem-solving skills and a en on to detail.

Nice to Have:
 Experience with user research methodologies.  Knowledge of accessibility standards and best prac ces.  Experience working in agile/scrum teams.
