UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our Digital Division in Nashik, you will utilize your 2 to 3+ years of experience in Graphic and UI/UX Design to create captivating digital experiences. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will design intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys that exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include designing web graphics, banners, icons, and other visual assets in alignment with brand guidelines. Working alongside marketing, content, and development teams, you will produce graphics that enhance web content and campaigns. By creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows, you will effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. You will be tasked with developing visually appealing, consistent, and brand-aligned UI designs for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness across devices and screen sizes. Additionally, you will optimize graphics for web performance without compromising quality and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics will be crucial aspects of your role. Staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices is essential to continuously enhance user experience. Requirements for this role include proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects, proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. You should possess excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout, along with an understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts. Excellent communication, teamwork, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, attention to detail is key to delivering high-quality work. Experience with user research methodologies, knowledge of accessibility standards, and familiarity with agile/scrum teams are considered advantageous.
