Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows. Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to create and optimize integration processes. Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions. Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance. Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests. Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations pre-packaged integrations, custom integrations, PGP encryption, credentials & certificate maintenance, etc. Minimum 6+ years of integration experience between SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Demonstrated experience with web services SOAP, REST, and Data exchange formats like XML, JSON. Knowledge in data transformation tool set like JavaScript, XSLT and Groovy script. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc). Certifications in SAP Integration Suite considered an asset. Familiarity with HR processes and data structures. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
