We are looking for an experienced Utility Data Entry Operator to join our Client Success team. You must have at least 2 years of experience in utility billing and auditing. This individual will be responsible for managing the process to support our Bruin Utilities Management Platform for Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, Sewer, Steam, Chilled Water, Propane, Heating Fuel Oil, and Trash. Specifically, you will be responsible for setting up new billing clients, entering and reviewing utility consumption data, and auditing the bills. You will assist with customer service and support relating to invoice consumption data inquiries from our clients. Responsibilities Gather invoices from vendors by calling and requesting invoices Insert billing data into expense management system Detailed data keyed into the expense management system Make required account level changes within expense management system Download invoices from vendor portals and load into expense management system Keep information confidential Requirements 2+ years in data entry Utilities or Telecommunications experience a plus Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, and MS Teams) Experience with web portals Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Great attention to detail Positive can-do attitude High School Diploma or equivalent BCOM/BA/BCA/BMS graduates preferred

Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of telecom equipment deployment, including customer relationship management, project planning, scheduling, cost management, and inventory control. Complete equipment deployment activities with precision and efficiency. Ensure service providers work to meet client standards in quality. Determine project reporting frequency and content, analyze results, and resolve any issues. Manage daily operational aspects of projects and ensure adherence to scope. Maintain current, complete, and well-organized project documentation. Perform ongoing status checks with the program team and conduct periodic reviews with upper management. Facilitate integration of third-party technical partners with internal teams. Proactively manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and communicate them to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to appropriate personnel. Lead and facilitate project activities involving sales agents and clients. Oversee the project timeline to ensure timely completion. Maintain strong relationships with customer representatives and all project disciplines. Coordinate activities to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. By focusing on the telecom sector, we ensure that our services are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and correlating costs from vendor invoices to customer billing, as well as identifying and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. It will be essential to keep track of resale tariff increases, wholesale commercial agreements, resale discounts, and other specific rate arrangements across all vendors. Collaborating with vendor claim specialists to address any issues via disputes or billing adjustments will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining BANs/vendor invoices in the ERP cost management system and submitting inquiry tickets using vendor/LEC portals. Furthermore, you will be involved in assisting with cost reductions and participating in ad hoc projects. You will also play a role in preparing variance analysis and performance reports to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of our operations. To excel in this position, you should possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Strong communication skills are also essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving within our team. While previous experience in the Telecommunication industry would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
