Cost Analyst

Role Overview: At South Star, you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping costs from vendor invoices to customer billing, resolving discrepancies, tracking resale tariff increases, managing vendor invoices in ERP systems, and assisting in cost reduction projects. Your role will also involve preparing variance analysis and performance reports. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and map cost from vendor invoices to customer billing - Identify and resolve discrepancies or fallouts - Keep track of resale tariff increase, wholesale commercial agreements, resale discounts, and specific rates arrangements across all vendors - Collaborate with vendor claim specialists to address fallouts via disputes or add to billing - Maintain BANs/vendor invoices in ERP cost management system - Pull CSRs and submit inquiry tickets using vendor/LEC portals - Assist in cost reductions and other ad hoc projects - Assist in preparing variance analysis and performance reports Qualification Required: - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access - Good communication skills - Previous experience in the Telecommunication industry would be a plus but not required,
