Cost Analyst

As a Cost Analyst at our company, your role will involve conducting detailed analysis of employee-related expenses, operational overheads, and other cost drivers to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decisions for increased profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and monitor employee-related expenses, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, and benefits. - Track and evaluate operational costs across various functions like IT, Admin, Legal, and other support departments. - Develop and maintain cost models to forecast, track, and report key financial metrics and trends. - Support the creation of department-wise annual budgets and business planning exercises. - Identify and recommend cost optimization opportunities and assist in implementing cost-control initiatives. - Prepare, automate, and present comprehensive cost reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. In this role, your 35 years of relevant experience in cost analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or management reporting, preferably within the financial services or related industries, will be highly valuable.,
