Cost Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing and mapping costs from vendor invoices to customer billing, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and keeping track of specific rate arrangements across all vendors. Additionally, you will work on maintaining BANs/vendor invoices in the ERP cost management system, submitting inquiry tickets, assisting in cost reductions and ad hoc projects, and preparing variance analysis and performance reports. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and map cost from vendor invoices to customer billing - Identify and resolve discrepancies or fallouts - Keep track of resale tariff increase, wholesale commercial agreements, resale discounts, and other specific rates arrangements across all vendors - Work with vendor claim specialists to address fallouts via disputes or add to billing - Maintain BANs/vendor invoices in ERP cost management system - Pull CSRs and submit inquiry tickets using vendor/LEC portals - Assist in cost reductions and other ad hoc projects - Assist in preparing variance analysis and performance reports Qualification Required: - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access - Good communication skills - Any previous experience in the Telecommunication industry would be a plus but not required Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing and mapping costs from vendor invoices to customer billing, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and keeping track of specific rate arrangements across all vendors.
