Role Overview: At South Star, you will be playing a crucial role as a Project Coordinator, assisting in all aspects of project implementation related to telecom equipment deployments. Your responsibilities will include supporting, organizing, deploying, coordinating, and managing various project activities to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in all aspects of telecom equipment deployment, such as customer relationship management, project planning, scheduling, cost management, and inventory control. - Execute equipment deployment activities with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to client standards. - Determine project reporting frequency and content, analyze results, and address any issues that may arise. - Manage daily operational aspects of projects, maintain project documentation, and conduct regular reviews with the program team and upper management. - Coordinate with third-party technical partners, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans when necessary. - Define project success criteria, delegate tasks effectively, and lead project activities involving sales agents and clients. - Oversee project timelines, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure alignment with project goals. - Attend internal coordination meetings, provide updates, and maintain records for all equipment deployment activities.
