Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

End-to-end tender handling
Tender search, review, evaluation, documentation preparation, bid submission (online & offline).
Regular monitoring of
GeM Portal, NIC e-procurement portal & other Government tender portals
for new tenders matching company business scope.
Coordinate with internal teams
(Tech / Finance / Commercial / SCM / Purchase) for getting necessary inputs, documents, certifications, BOQ details, technical compliance sheets etc.
Prepare Technical & Commercial Bid submissions
as per tender requirements.
Manage tender timelines, follow-up, submission deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Upload tender documents
, pricing, annexures, eligibility documents, declarations, undertaking formats, etc. on portals.
Prepare comparison sheets, costing sheets
, draft deviation statements, checklists, and coordinate approvals.
Post submission coordination
– corrigendum handling, pre-bid meeting participation, query submission follow-up, documentation alignment.
Maintain master database of submitted tenders, win-loss records, costing references, and result tracking.
Support in post tender documentation
wherever required (Bid clarification, BG, PBG, CIPL, invoice support etc.)
Assist senior management & BD team in project coordination tasks whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile: Prefer Male or Female Candidates from Mumbai Location.
