Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The person should be able to work with the coordinator and teachers to finalize English and Maths lesson plans for teaching.
· Ensure that online and offline meetings with the management are conducted smoothly.
· Support the Managing Trustee to prepare proposals for donors, do research on potential donors and identify companies that can be tapped for funding.
· Support the Managing Trustee in preparing documentation for quarterly report submissions to donors.
· Support management in preparing documents for government permissions.
· Be systematic in maintaining important documentation and assist in work with the CA firm to submit important documents to the Income tax department.
· Travel to the schools in rural Faridabad on a regular basis to supervise the teachers and project, interact with the head teachers at government schools and maintain a good relationship with them.

Qualifications:

Should have studied in an English medium school, preferably CBSE or ISC Board.
Post graduate degree in Management, or social sector or a related field.
Must be willing to learn different aspects of the trust’s functioning
Proven experience in project coordination, especially with an NGO or Charitable Trust.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel locally for project supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
