Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on software development experience and a solid understanding of project management practices within the IT domain. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate concerns when required.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support deployment activities and post-release follow-ups.
• Help ensure adherence to development best practices and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development (coding background is mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the IT/software industry.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application development life cycles.
• Experience working with APIs, version control systems, and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
