Role and Summary Statement We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong administration, development, and support skills on ServiceNow SAM/HAM. The ServiceNow Developer role will work closely with business and product teams to achieve the desired outcome within the Agile Methodology. RESPONSIBILITIES Will be responsible to develop and implement different ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements. Creation/implementation/modification of ServiceNow SAM/HAM/others components. Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities. Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes and their implementation. Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules for writing Rules, Updating/creating workflows, APIs etc. Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro, including initial setup and configuration. Customize and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro to meet specific organizational needs. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and implement publisher-specific packs and plugins as needed for software management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SaaS applications with ServiceNow SAM Pro. Manage and oversee the entitlement upload process for in-scope software publishers. Perform regular reconciliation of deployment details received from integration sources. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and integrations. Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and ensure effective adoption of ServiceNow SAM Pro. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ServiceNow updates to optimize the software asset management process. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software asset management processes. Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers. Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment. Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education. 5-7 years of relevant experience in design and development with ServiceNow platform. Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular with experience in REST API integration will be a plus. Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and good understanding of UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, Database view in ServiceNow. Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Dynamic team player with good verbal and written communication. Experience on one or more ITSM, CSM or other SNOW modules. Implementations will be a big plus. RPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ITIL Certified. ServiceNow CSA. ServiceNow CAD. Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus Do 1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise For a new business implementation project, drive the end to end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines Provide techno-functional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from the scratch Support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system Customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing & production Implement the business processes, requirements and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions Write code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology Provide product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolve the day to day queries/ technical problems which may arise Create and deploy automation tools/ solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency Sink between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/ advise to the client or internal teams accordingly Support on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support 2. Work with customers and/or onsite team on the SailPoint RBAC and additionally on installation, integration, deployment, & Complete implementation of SailPoint software. Configure SailPoint solutions as defined by Solution Architect and begin to contribute to solution definition. Communicate to clients and/or internal team the solution and the implementation atthe technical and functional level. Collaborate effectively within a team structure (co-located and onsite) and can takeon tasks independently, following them through to completion. Act as the primary point of contact for all onsite IAM-related issues, queries and deployments. Communicate to clients/internal team(Onsite & collocated) both the aspects of the solution and the implementation at the technical and functional level. Deliver small projects or sizable enhancement tasks (e.g., feature requests on the existing project) independently or manage a small-sized team to deliver the task. Will work from the India Pune office (Part of Global Delivery Center) and travel onsite if required & should be the front face for the Client. Required Skills Solid Development/Implementation hands-on experience in IdentityIQ mainly in RBAC and additionally on other product areas (App Onboarding, JML & Custom Development) Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Technical Stakeholder communication and management Should be able to manage multiple priorities. Should be a quick learner. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field. 6-10 years of Professional Services/Implementation experience in IAM mainly focused on RBAC. Min 3 years of Professional Services/Implementation/hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ Min 1 years of Professional Services/Implementation/hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ focused on RBAC Expertise/Hands-On experience in the IIQ function area mainly focused on RBAC and additionally on Application onboarding with complex connector types,Independent workflow development, and Rule Writing. IIQ certification (preferred). Microsoft Entra ID Or Saviynt product Knowledge is a plus.
