Description:

We're looking for a Software Engineer who’s excited to build AI agents that help transform how pharmaceutical R&D, clinical operations, and manufacturing work at scale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys taking ideas from concept to reality—working closely with scientists, engineers, and business teams to automate real-world challenges using state-of-the-art AI. You’ll lead by designing intuitive user experiences, shaping new agent capabilities, and helping define the future of AI. It’s a fun, fast-paced environment where curiosity, initiative, and leadership matter as much as code. Some familiarity with Python, React, and modern cloud tools is helpful, but a passion for solving hard problems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the platform of our AI Agents application using

· Python,

· FastAPI,

· React,

· and

· TypeScript.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user interfaces.

• Build AI Agents for various organizations across the company.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-stack software development engineer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript

.• Demonstrated ownership of projects from start to finish.

• Experience with and strong commitment to automated testing, including unit and functional tests.

• Experience with a cloud computing platform (AWS Preferred) .

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Availability to join daily standups at 9:30EST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenSearch/ElasticSearch

• Experience building AI Agent platforms

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth2

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
