About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Networking Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices will be considered a valuable asset. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: - Deploy, configure, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. - Ensure high availability and optimal performance of servers, systems, and network devices. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Network Administration:- Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networks.- Monitor network performance and implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Microsoft Office 365 & Windows:- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).- Provide support for Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments.- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Key Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration. - Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows OS. - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Understanding of networking protocols and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.). - Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (certifications like CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, or similar is a plus). - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and documentation abilities.
