Job Description – UI DeveloperPosition Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming designs into fully functional, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high-speed rendering.
• Maintain and improve existing user interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with emerging UI development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js (depending on tech stack).
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and cross-browser issues.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Ability to collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with UI animations (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL.
• Exposure to design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of professional experience as a UI Developer.
