We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our engineering operations in Bangalore, India, with a focus on hiring, managing, and developing top engineering talent to support our mission. Responsibilities : Lead Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Drive the hiring process for engineering roles in Bangalore, developing strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent in a competitive market. Proven track record of hiring and managing engineering teams, with success in building high-performing, collaborative groups. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and experience implementing operational best practices. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, retain, and develop team members. Experience and flexibility to work with distributed teams across diverse cultures and time zones.
