Accounts Payable Lead

Role Overview: As a part of the finance team, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Additionally, you will work on vendor management, reconciliation, reporting, process improvement, compliance, internal controls, and cash flow support. Your role will involve collaborating with the team to enhance processes, ensure accuracy, and optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper documentation. - Manage vendors effectively. - Implement process improvements and support system upgrades. - Maintain accuracy and adhere to tight deadlines. - Ensure compliance with internal controls. - Provide support for cash flow management. Qualifications: - Experience with ERP systems and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and QuickBooks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and other financial tools. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment. - CPA or other relevant accounting certifications would be a plus.,
