Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the center of our growth. You will drive full-cycle sales — from identifying client pain points to delivering value-driven demos to sealing the deal. You’ll work with MSMEs, startups, and mid-sized businesses, pitching how Floww’s suite can help them scale with speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for Floww's Atom Suite (Mail, HR, Builder, and more).
  • Prospect, nurture, demo, and close 50–100 demos/month.
  • Understand customer workflows (HR, operations, communication, branding) and offer tailored solutions.
  • Deliver consultative, storytelling-led product demos that showcase ROI.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders, including founders and department heads, in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Share client feedback with product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Create crisp sales collateral and personalized messages for WhatsApp/email.
  • Execute lead broadcasts and follow-ups via WhatsApp & other B2B channels.
  • Maintain weekly sales reports and forecasts with metrics like demo-to-close ratio, call volume, and deal value.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales (HRTech, Martech, CRM, or Email preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling skills — ability to map business challenges to product value.
  • Confident communicator with storytelling, negotiation, and value-selling abilities.
  • Track record of selling full-suite platforms or bundled solutions is a plus.
  • Hunger to learn, resilience, and a “full skin in the game” approach.
  • Comfort working in high-intensity, founder-driven environments.
