Role Description : Deep Knowledge in understanding the different carrier/ liner charges from the contract sheet Proficient in understanding the Import & Export rates as per contract rates Basic Knowledge in Incoterms and different service levels Basic knowledge in Pricing / freight management. Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision. Should be more Proactive and efficient in managing daily activities. Ability to Prioritize critical tasks / activities Ability to work under stress and with tight deadlines Knowledge & Qualification - Knowledge on Freight Forwarding & Logistics - Proficient in Freight rate / Charge codes - Proficient in GEO Locations (UNLOC) - Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate / Advance Level) - Creativity and ability to develop ideas and solutions. - Ability to work close together with other functional disciplines - Self-Starter Attitude (Desired personality traits) - Multi-tasking - Interest and ability to learn new concepts and systems - Attention to detail - Ability to build good rapport with colleagues - Self-motivation
