Sales Development Representative

About the company:

At Appbrew, our mission is to create the best mobile shopping experience for global DTC brands. We are building an AI powered e-commerce app platform that enables brands to launch high-performance, feature-rich mobile apps that drive retention and revenue.

Three years into our journey, we are proud to work with some of the largest DTC brands across India, the USA, Australia, and the UK.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads in North American markets.
• Research and identify potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Qualify prospects through discovery calls and assess fit based on business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off high-quality leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Craft personalized outreach messages using tools like Apollo and Salesloft.
• Track, measure, and improve outreach performance and conversion metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 0.5 - 1+ years of SaaS sales or business development experience, preferably in North American markets.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and outbound prospecting.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
