Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative based in Gurgaon/Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Development Representative will prospect and qualify leads, support sales initiatives, and establish connections with potential customers. Responsibilities include managing outreach campaigns, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, maintaining a robust lead pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives. Additionally, this role involves delivering effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring an excellent customer engagement experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Strong Sales and Business Development skills to drive revenue and meet growth objectives.
• Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines.
• Prior experience in customer experience platforms, sales, or similar roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
