Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a LinkedIn-first outbound specialist who knows how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers, run targeted outreach, and book qualified meetings for a B2B software/services business.

This is not a field sales or closing role.
Your responsibility is pipeline creation, not deal closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify B2B decision-makers based on ICP
  • Build targeted lead lists using filters such as industry, company size, seniority, function, and growth signals
  • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups (no bulk spam)
  • Engage prospects professionally and book qualified discovery calls
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and meetings in a simple CRM or tracking sheet
  • Continuously optimize messaging based on response rates

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (lead search, saved searches, alerts)
  • Strong LinkedIn outbound messaging and copywriting skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and buyer personas
  • Ability to research companies and decision-makers independently
  • Basic discipline in tracking leads and reporting outcomes

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, HubSpot, or Notion
  • Background in IT services, SaaS, or software development sales
  • Exposure to cold email or multi-channel outbound strategies

KPIs (How Performance Will Be Measured)

  • Connection acceptance rate: 25–40%
  • Reply rate: 8–15%
  • Qualified meetings booked per week: 3–7

Quality of meetings matters more than volume.
