Strong experience managing enterprise clients in an IT services environment. Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
