Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Development Representative will identify and generate qualified sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential markets, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The role focuses on collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet business development goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong Sales expertise with a customer-focused and result-oriented approach
• Experience in Business Development with an ability to identify and seize new market opportunities
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in software or IT industry sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
