Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, processing orders, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and seamless sales execution. Key Responsibilities :Coordinate and support the sales team by handling daily administrative tasks and assisting in sales-related activities. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using CRM or ERP systems. Communicate with customers and internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics. Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules. Maintain and update customer databases and records. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly. Track inventory levels in coordination with warehouse/logistics teams. Support marketing initiatives and events as required. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and credit control. Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a sales coordination, inside sales, or similar support role. Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
