Role & responsibilities To Follow Up Timely Supply, Quality Approval & Payment Research and identify potential tender opportunities, analyze tender documents, and understand client requirements. Develop and prepare comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, commercial terms, and compliance documentation. Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, manage contract awards, and ensure smooth handover to operational teams. Monitor and report on the tendering process, including progress against targets, potential risks, and success metrics Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Lead and manage a team of tender specialists, providing guidance and support. Identify and implement best practices to improve the tendering process and increase win rates.
