Junior Design Engineer

Job Summary :We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and modifying technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and design documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant software. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities :Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD Assist senior engineers in developing technical designs and layouts Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and fabricators Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback as required Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions Perform basic engineering calculations and design verifications Support project documentation and technical reporting Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering field 0–2 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must Familiarity with other CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit, or Inventor) is a plus Basic knowledge of engineering principles and construction methods Good understanding of design standards and drafting techniques Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work under guidance and meet project deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills
