We Have Multiple Openings in MEP department | PrimaVerse Position 1: Senior MEP Modeler Key Responsibilities : Prepared & develop detailed MEP models & drawings, calculations and specifications for (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & fire protection) using Revit & AutoCAD. Collaborate with architect & structural drawings and other discipline ensure coordination across all services. Ensure MEP design comply with international HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems as per international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, etc.) and project requirement. Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, duct & pipe layout, lighting and power layout and circuiting. Good understanding of international building codes and standards. Ensure models are compliant with relevant codes, project standards, and client requirements. Attend coordination meetings and contribute to resolving design/interface issues. Implement BIM Execution Plans and maintain model integrity throughout project life cycle. Maintain documentation, file management, and model integrity throughout the project life-cycle. Strong communication and coordination skills. Experience working on large-scale or international projects (UK, US, etc.) is advantageous. Ability to lead Jr. MEP Modeler team. Utilize CloudWorks and Cyclone software for point cloud processing and integration. Create and manage Revit families, including LOD-based components. Independently handle BIM projects from setup to delivery. Establish and maintain client-specific drafting standards. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance. Maintain clear and professional verbal and written communication. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential. Hands-on experience with CloudWorks software. Strong understanding of Point Cloud to BIM workflows.
