Position

Core Responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 plus years of practical experience managing & leading software projects, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments.

• Expertise in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and SaaS architecture.

• Deep knowledge of technologies like C#, React, TypeScript, JSON, and Entity Framework.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech is highly desirable.

• Lead architectural discussions and technology stack decisions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI, robotics, geospatial systems).

• Contribute to the integration of new capabilities, such as generative AI, across platforms.
• Define and maintain the architecture vision across multiple products and platforms.
• Promote reusability, integration, and scalability across the software portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, ensuring architectural standards and best practices are followed.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance products (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning).
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices across distributed teams (EST and IST).
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and specifications.
• Help solve complex technical challenges and clear roadblocks to maintain progress.
• Monitor progress against project plans and ensure accelerated delivery through shared architecture.
